ep_running_clubThe Estes Park Running Club’s Fun Run Series at the Historic Stanley Hotel offers runners, of all abilities, to enjoy a shared workout in the Estes Park valley.

When:  TUESDAY EVENINGS- April thru December, please check our Facebook page, Estes Park Running Club, for updates or changes.

Where: Meet at the Historic Stanley Hotel; inside at Steamer’s Cafe during cooler months.  Summer months at the large tent. Locations will change with seasons, please check for updates. 

Distance: 5K (3.1 miles) to 5 miles. We have several routes leading from the Stanley Hotel, that offer terrific tours of Estes Park on foot.  Maps are available to runners & walkers at each session. Based on the weather conditions, the season and festive events, the fun runs will provide a fun adventure for all!

Cost: In celebration of fitness and the commitment to wellness, our weekly runs are FREE &  provide a FREE delicious pasta meal, generously sponsored by the Stanley Hotel, after each run workout!   We ask that every runner please leave a gratuity for the dining room servers, because they provide a professional service.  We thank the Stanley Hotel, their staff, and owner John Cullen– so should YOU!  We encourage everyone, to return for a delicious dinner at the Cascade Restaurant or the famous Whiskey Bar at The Stanley.   Please go to the Stanley Hotel Facebook page for upcoming events and delicious opportunities!

WINTER CONDITIONS: PREPARE FOR COLD TEMPERATURES (November thru December and Spring time). Bring headlamp, warm layers, traction shoes and Mountain Strong Attitudes! 

SUMMER MONTHS: Starting in June, EPRC offers Wednesday evening Speed Workouts and Thursday evening Trail Runs. Wednesday’s Speed workout meets at the Estes Park Track and Field (off Brodie Ave.) and Thursday’s Trail Run changes weekly.  Both start at 5:45pm.
